We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made with the office staff.
For your convenience, in addition to cash and check payments, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Our office automatically sends out monthly statements on accounts with a pending balance. Most insurance companies will process claim payments within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement of account does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Your prompt remittance is greatly appreciated. Our office is happy to work with you and make arrangements for a structured, monthly payment plan, but this must be agreed upon, prior to the procedure.
Payment options:
- Flexible Payment Plan: Pay a portion up front, and the remainder on an automatic, recurring basis over an agreed upon time period.
- No interest flex plan: Pay in a short time frame and receive no interest charge.
- Low interest flex plan: Pay off your bill over a longer period of time with low interest.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
