We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made with the office staff. 

Payment Options

To keep care affordable, we offer flexible payment solutions:

  • Flexible Payment Plan: Pay a portion upfront and the rest through automatic recurring payments.

  • No-Interest Flex Plan: Pay in a short time frame with no interest.

  • Low-Interest Flex Plan: Extended payment period with low interest.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Cash, Personal Checks, Money Orders

    • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

    • FSA & HSA accounts

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior financial arrangements are made.


Billing & Statements

Monthly statements are sent for accounts with a pending balance. If you have questions about your bill, please call us at 703-689-2697. We’re happy to help — often, a quick call resolves any questions.

As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance and track claims. However, you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of insurance coverage. Your prompt payment is greatly appreciated.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee may apply if adequate notice is not received.
