Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Our office automatically sends out monthly statements on accounts with a pending balance. Most insurance companies will process claim payments within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement of account does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.
