I've worked for 15 years as a registered nurse in a hospital inpatient critical care setting, I'm very good at my job and care a lot about patient experience. I'm 43 years old and have more crowns and root canals than I can keep track of... and I've been a patient to many dentist practices, 'very good' and very bad ones.

I drove 40 minutes to come here today by a very strong referral from a friend, for a broken crown. I dreaded establishing a service so far away from home and put off changing my dentist to this practice for a couple years.

From making an appointment over the phone, registering at the front desk upon arrival, being assessed and cared for by the dental assistants, the dentists' skills, the guy that collected the tooth impression, and the checkout process.... down to the finest of details... honestly not a single thing I could improve. It was a flawless, extremely comfortable, smooth process. To say these people treat every patient the way they would want to be treated would be a ginormous understatement. Their degree of narration of their care, communication between staff members, organization, skills, transparency and kindness (and much more) is just something you can't find.

It's not just their care of me that amazed me, it's that such a place in the health care field exists. It was the Disney experience in healthcare. I would easily drive 2 hours to keep them as my dentist.

It really feels like you are part of the family! Friendly staff who not only remember my name but also know about my life and care enough to ask every time I visit!

My family has been with Dr. Ryu and Muss Dentistry for more than a decade. Whether for major problems or routine cleanings and checks, there's no drama, no pressure to get unnecessary procedures (cosmetic and otherwise), and the most efficient office you can imagine with Delmi. Just extremely efficient care, excellent considered advice, and an array of wonderful staff and interesting personalities. I've needed a referral here and there - the people they sent me too were equally good. Couldn't recommend them higher.

Friendly office staff. Dr. Muss is an Awesome dentist. I’ve been seeing him for over 30 years. He’s kind and thoughtful Sam’s knows how to our patients at ease. The other dentist are awesome as well and treat my grandsons. My partner loves Dr Ryu who is amazing at putting his anxiety to rest.

OMG Teeth! I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually LOVED my dentist appointment this morning. Everyone was professional, pleasant, fast and informative. Great ambiance, gentle care. The fear of visiting the dental office was eliminated, thanks to the professionalism and the very friendly and personalized treatment, they care about the patient, they also have reasonable prices and always advise with their dental health in mind. It is the first clinic I know that serves you on your time, I am delighted with the kindness of the entire team from the receptionists, the assistants and the doctors. I am very grateful now I can smile without complexes thanks to Dr. Zeineh and her excellent work ❤️

Wonderful first visit!
Our dental insurance with Kaiser changed, and I called for an appointment after feeling a sharp pain in a back tooth when I bit down. The office staff were very welcoming. I saw Dr. Hegerle, and assistant staff members Rob and Michelle. Rob took X rays and showed me the crack in an old filling. Dr. Hegerle explained my options for treatment very thoroughly. Michelle assisted the doctor in removing the tooth. While I was nervous about the procedure, everyone was so kind and comforting. Actually, I have never laughed so much at a dentist office as I did today! Everyone I met was friendly and happy.
